Manish Events provides comprehensive event management services including:

• Tent house rental and setup
• Event decoration and staging
• Catering services
• Sound and lighting equipment
• Event logistics and management

• Provide accurate venue information and necessary permissions
• Ensure clear access to the venue for setup
• Inform us of any special requirements or restrictions
• Make timely payments as per the agreed schedule
• Provide final guest count 48 hours before the event

5. Equipment and Property

All equipment, decorations, and materials remain the property of Manish Events. Clients are responsible for any damage or loss of equipment during the event. Replacement costs will be charged for damaged or missing items.

6. Force Majeure

Manish Events shall not be liable for any failure to perform due to unforeseen circumstances including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for our services. We are not responsible for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from our services.
